The harsh truth? Where you are right now is a direct result of what you know, and what you don’t. The only way to move forward is to learn, unlearn, and relearn. Growth isn’t automatic; it’s intentional. Staying the same is easy, but evolving requires effort and the courage to challenge what you think you know. So, as we step into this new week, we implore you to embrace the process, seek knowledge, and push beyond your limits. Happy New Week! Wishing you a productive and fulfilling week ahead. 😉 #TechSynergy #growthmindset #keepgrowing #levelup #neverstoplearning
About us
Talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. Many tech professionals from nontraditional backgrounds struggle to gain practical experience and break into tech. Shockingly, 72% of tech interviews go to those with 6+ years of experience (Hired 2023). The playing field needs levelling. Proper coaching and real-world projects can enable new developers to thrive, but finding these chances often relies on connections they lack. This is where TechSynergy comes in - we match aspiring tech professionals with experienced mentors and company projects to build skills, portfolios and opportunities. 1. TechSynergy forms partnerships between companies (Startups/Scaleups), mentors and aspiring developers. 2. These partnerships facilitate collaboration on real projects. 3. Tech interns from all backgrounds gain hands-on experience and build their portfolios. 4. Companies get access to new talent and innovative ideas By providing hands-on experience and fostering connections, we strive to drive social mobility and build a more equitable tech industry.

I was privileged to attend a career fair hosted by TechSynergy and I'll say that although it is my first Career fair,it was an exciting and fascinating one. It was an opportunity for me to pitch my business and work right clients in the long run. I got to meet and interact with businesses across three countries who needed solutions to certain problems they had and were facing. They pitched their businesses along side what they wanted and were interested in. It was lovely to see individuals so passionate about making a change and not just going in headlong because others are going in. At the same time,I got to see individuals who were skilled in one area of tech or the other. I am happy to be a part of this and I'd do it again when the opportunity comes. Thank youuu #techsynergy #careerfair #tech #graphicdesign

Recently had the privilege to experience a careerfair space with different startups, professionals and talents, all thanks to “TechSynergy” One of the things that really stood out for me was the open mindedness of some startups. You don’t necessarily have to have a ton years of experience, just have the motivation to learn and get the job done!!! Looking forward to TechSynergy careerfair 2.0 🎯

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐠𝐠𝐥𝐞 & 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐥 You’ve seen it happen before, one startup launches, and within months, it’s everywhere. Another, just as promising, fights for traction, burns through cash, and quietly disappears.𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞? 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐨 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐩𝐬𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐰𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭? The answer isn’t just about having a great idea. 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐚 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭, 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐝. Scaling isn’t about growth alone, it’s about sustainable, controlled expansion. The best tech products don’t break when demand surges; they thrive. Think of companies like Stripe or Zoom. From day one, their architecture was designed to handle millions of users without a hitch. They weren’t just “lucky”, they were built for scale. But many startups get this wrong. They launch with a shaky foundation, rushed code, inefficient systems, and a tech stack that can barely support their first 1,000 users, let alone 100,000. At first, things seem fine. The product gets traction, users sign up, and revenue starts trickling in. Then, the cracks appear. The platform slows down. Bugs increase. Customer support gets overwhelmed. And before long, growth isn’t exciting anymore, it’s a headache. 𝐀𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫? 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠. It’s easy to assume that if you pour money into marketing, hire aggressively, and expand fast, everything will fall into place. But without true product-market fit, all you’re doing is accelerating failure. If users aren’t sticking around, if retention is weak, no amount of growth hacking will save the product. The startups that survive don’t just acquire users, they keep them. On the flip side, some products are almost destined to scale. They solve a 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥, 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝-𝐨𝐟-𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡. They also operate with ruthless efficiency. Processes are automated, customer onboarding is seamless, and every system is designed to scale effortlessly. When the time comes to expand, they don’t struggle to keep up, they accelerate. So, what’s the lesson here? 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞. 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫. The startups that succeed don’t just focus on growing fast; they focus on growing right. 👉 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤? 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐠𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞? 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐩 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬!

It took me 4 years to land my first tech role. And the role I finally settled for? I had no prior experience or knowledge. I knew I wanted to be in tech since 2019, and from then: - 2 years jumping from one skill to another, struggling with tech gadgets, trying and failing to stay consistent with one skill. - 2 years of learning, doubting if I belonged in tech, and searching for a job. No regrets—but it would have been much easier if I had the right guidance. So if you see me going all out for what I do, know it’s not a joke. I understand how frustrating it is to learn a skill and still struggle to land a job. I’ve been there! That’s why I drop everything to share opportunities with you! 💐 Please, listen up - TechSynergy is organizing the first virtual career fair I’ve ever seen. If you or anyone you know is struggling to get a job, don’t sleep on this. Here’s the main gist: - Real companies and startups will be there to look for talents, and you get to pitch yourself. No endless waiting. No getting ghosted. You’ll know on the spot if you’re getting hired or not. It’s a virtual event where businesses meet with talents and offer opportunities. You get to land a job, volunteer, build your portfolio, get experience, network and so many more. Today is for my besties - techies! If you have any of these skills and you need a job: - Front End Developer - Back End Developer - Product Manager - UIUX Designer - Business Analyst - Digital Maketer - Content writers - Data analyst - Graphic designer - Content Creator And the most exciting thing? You’re not working for free - they’re paid roles! Join the community and you get to fill out a form. Link to the community: https://bit.ly/4ihoBMF And for those saying, “But I don’t have experience…”—good! That’s not the first criterion. You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. I had zero experience when I got my first tech role. Wake up! P.S: TechSynergy is doing so much for tech talents. Give them a follow to show them some love.☺️ #techiesonlinkedin #techinfluencer #techtalents #techsynergy #opportunity
