🎉 Big news from Tehnopol Startup Incubator! As of November 1st, our incredible Anne-Liisa Elbrecht is officially the Head of Startup Incubator! 🙌✨ Anne-Liisa Elbrecht has been the heart and soul of Tehnopol Startup Incubator for over five years, starting as a community and program manager and supporting hundreds of startups on their journey. Her dedication and deep understanding of startups needs have created an environment where companies can truly grow and thrive. “At Tehnopol, I’ve realized that I enjoy challenges,” says Anne-Liisa. “The range of opportunities and diversity Tehnopol offers daily has only reinforced that. With great excitement, I’m ready to embrace this new challenge as head of the Startup Incubator.” Tehnopol Startup Incubator supports around 50% of all new tech startups founded in Estonia each year, and the results speak for themselves: while typically only 1 in 10 startups survive, with us, it’s 6-7! 💪 In 2023, our startups raised over €11 million in additional capital, including RAIKU (€8.8M), Nanordica Medical (€1.75M), and ÄIO (€1M). Hendrik Hundt jagas Rexploreri kogemusi AI kasutuselevõtust ja andis kasulikke näpunäiteid. Kristjan Jansons (MindTitan) keskendus sellele, kuidas valida protsessi, mida optimeerida ja millele tähelepanu pöörata AI projekti alustamisel. 💡 Lisaks inspireerivatele ettekannetele said osalejad kohtuda kogenud AI ekspertide ja mentoritega. Throwback to an inspiring day at Jõhviwood! 🎬 On October 16, the IDA Hub Film Day - TAKE 1 took over the Jõhvi Concert Hall! 🌟 This inspiring day brought together film industry professionals, business leaders, and key ecosystem figures to discuss the future of the film industry in Ida-Virumaa. The region's opportunities and vibrant energy create a solid foundation to become a film industry hub and an international player! 🚀 Fueling this ambition is IDA Hub—a collaborative initiative by Tehnopol, IVIA - Ida-Viru Investment Agency, and Ida-Viru Ettevõtluskeskus. 11. oktoobril oli tüdrukute töövarjupäev ja sel päeval oli meie tegevjuhi Agnes Roosi töövarjuks äge 9. klassi õpilane Veronika! Tüdrukute töövarjupäev “Tüdrukud võtavad üle” on ellu kutsutud selleks, et murda soolisi stereotüüpe. Eesmärgiks on suurendada soolist tasakaalu otsustamises ja juhtimises ning toetada ja innustada tüdrukute ambitsioone asuda juhirolli, pakkudes eeskujuks naisi, kes juba on oma valdkonnas tipptegijad.
