At Al Karma Developments, we are industry pioneers in real estate development on the west side of Cairo. From the date our company was established, we designed and built state-of-the-art residential compounds where the human element remains a priority. We embody the idea that a human connection is what brings out the best in people. Providing informed choices and the best possible outcome, and guarding your valuable investment is what we strive for. Since the launch of our first project, the Al Karma 1 compound, we have maintained our design philosophy constant; our company carries out the full spectrum of development, from design to construction and finishing. Nothing is outsourced, and quality is preserved in full. We have a proven track record of delivering our projects in full before established deadlines. In our projects to date, we at Al Karma have provided different product types that cater to the various market demands, ranging between standalone villas, townhouses, twin houses, and apartments. People of all ages have made our communities their home, and that of their children. We understand your needs, and we deliver in full.

If you are interested and think you're a good fit, please send your CV to careers@alkarmadevelopments.com Location: Head Office - Sheikh Zayed * HR Generalist Job Summary: - Leave Management and employees benefits. - Assist in the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, phone screening, scheduling, to evaluating candidates for a possible match. - Source candidates via online advertising on job and career sites or professional networking. - Onboarding of all new hired employees. - Manage, maintain, and update the recruitment HRIS. - Oversee, and conduct administrative tasks related to recruitment. - Assist with the implementation and co-ordination of all HR policies and procedures. - Update employees’ database (maintain changes in the data of employees, promotions, salary increase). - Employee relations: Engage with employees and answer questions regarding benefits. - Ensure HR Manager has all relevant staff/data information for payroll purposes. Qualifications: - A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required. - Minimum of 3-5 years in HR, A minimum of 2 years in Talent Acquisition is a MUST. * HR Administrator Job Summary: - Oversee the administration of office attendance log/ time and attendance system, (to include, sickness, absence and holiday tracking). - Maintain the HRIS for data management and reporting purposes. - Maintain all personnel records and ensure they are updated accordingly/ electronic filing system. - Establish employees’ files according to company guidelines. - Handle & follow up employees’ renewal contracts. - Handle the medical insurance policy for all employees "Adding, removing, renewals and reimbursements" and distributing the new medical cards for all employees - Assist with the implementation and co-ordination of all HR policies and procedures. - Lead in the onboarding process of new team members. - Assist with the employee exit process. - Employee relations: Engage with employees and answer questions regarding benefits. - Ensure HR Manager has all relevant staff/data information for payroll purposes. - File HR paperwork on a daily basis. - Assist with the social insurance enrollment. - Assist in the recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, qualifying to evaluating candidates for a possible match. - Draft Job posting and announcements on various recruitment channels. - Update regularly the recruitment database. - Source candidates via online advertising on job and career sites or professional networking. Coordinate for interviews. Conduct relevant employment and reference checks
