Al Shorouk Construction Company takes pride in its pivotal role in developing Egypt's real estate sector through its strategic partnership with Morshedy Group . This collaboration is part of several recent partnerships the company has forged with major entities in the urban development field. This cooperation comes within the framework of the Degla Landmark project in Nasr City, a mixed-use (residential and commercial) integrated project spanning over 62,000 square meters, comprising approximately 5,000 residential units. The scope of work in this collaboration includes the construction of 22 residential towers with a total built-up area of 201,000 square meters, making it one of the largest modern urban projects. Highlight what has been accomplished in the commercial mall project "Durrat Al-Karz", where the Al-Shorouk Construction team works hard to complete the curtain walls.
