تعلن الشركة عن فرصة عمل مميزة: مسؤول مخازن لثلاثة مواقع (المعادى، المنطقة الحرة، شبرامنت)   هل تمتلك الخبرة والمهارات القيادية اللازمة لإدارة مخازن متعددة؟  هل تبحث عن تحدٍ جديد في شركة رائدة في مجال الاستيراد والتصدير؟   المهام والمسؤوليات: -إدارة كاملة لثلاثة مخازن: الإشراف على العمليات اليومية في مخازن المعادى، المنطقة الحرة، وشبرامنت وضمان التنسيق الفعّال بينها. - إدارة المخزون: متابعة المخزون بشكل دقيق، وضمان توافر المنتجات وتحديث السجلات باستمرار. - التخطيط والتنظيم: وضع خطط لإدارة المساحات داخل المخازن بكفاءة، وضمان ترتيب المنتجات وتخزينها بشكل منظم وآمن. - تطبيق معايير السلامة: التأكد من الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والأمان داخل المخازن وفقًا للوائح والقوانين. - إعداد التقارير: تقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة عن أداء المخازن وحالة المخزون، مع اقتراحات لتحسين العمليات. - التواصل الداخلي: التنسيق المستمر مع الأقسام الأخرى لضمان تلبية احتياجاتهم من المخزون في الوقت المناسب.   المؤهلات المطلوبة: - خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات* في إدارة المخازن، مع خبرة في إدارة مواقع متعددة تعتبر ميزة إضافية. - مؤهل علمي في إدارة الأعمال، اللوجستيات، أو مجال ذي صلة. - مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على إدارة فرق متعددة في مواقع مختلفة. - قدرة تحليلية عالية: لدراسة وتحليل بيانات المخزون واتخاذ القرارات اللازمة لتحسين الأداء. - مهارات تواصل فعّالة: للتعامل مع الفرق الداخلية والخارجية وضمان سير العمل بسلاسة. - الالتزام والدقة: في تنفيذ المهام وضمان تحقيق أهداف الشركة. إذا كنت ترى في نفسك الكفاءة اللازمة لهذه الفرصة، أرسل سيرتك الذاتية إلى الواتساب: 01286813024

The company announces a special job opportunity: warehouse manager for three locations (Maadi, Free Zone & Shabrament) Do you have the experience and leadership skills to manage multiple stores? Looking for a new challenge in a leading import and export company? Tasks and responsibilities: - Full management of three warehouses: supervising day-to-day operations in Maadi warehouses, free zone, and certification and ensuring effective coordination between them. - Inventory management: Follow stock accurately, ensure product availability and constantly update records. - Planning and organization: develop plans to manage the space within warehouses efficiently, and ensure the orderly and safe arrangement and storage of products. - Application of safety standards: Ensure compliance with safety and safety standards within warehouses in accordance with regulations and laws. - Reporting: periodic reporting by management on warehouse performance and inventory status, with suggestions to improve operations. - Internal communication: continuous coordination with other departments to ensure that their inventory needs are met in a timely manner. Required qualifications: - At least 5 years' experience * in warehouse management, with experience in managing multiple locations is an additional advantage. - Scientific qualification in business management, logistics, or related field. - Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams in different locations. - High analytical capacity: to study and analyze inventory data and make decisions necessary to improve performance. - Effective communication skills: to deal with internal and external teams and ensure smooth functioning. - Commitment and accuracy: in carrying out tasks and ensuring the achievement of the company's objectives.
