This role is crucial in supporting our growth and enhancing our organizational culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of human resources activities including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: 1. Lead the recruitment process, including crafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts with department managers. 2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational objectives and legal standards. 3. Facilitate employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires. 4. Manage employee relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. 5. Conduct performance evaluation processes, offering constructive feedback and career development guidance. 6. Collaborate with senior management to identify and address staff training and development needs. 7. Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and regulations. 8. Manage HR records, including contracts, attendance, and personal information, ensuring confidentiality and data protection. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: 1- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2- 𝟑-𝟓 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 in human resources, preferably in the education, technology sector, or a startup. Excellent understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices. 3- Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. 4- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. 5- Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable. Requirements  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • Programming Languages: Proficiency in C, C++, assembly language, and Python. • Hardware Design: Experience with schematic design, PCB layout, and interfacing with sensors and actuators. • Extensive experience in microcontroller/microprocessor architecture. • In-depth understanding of embedded systems design principles, hardware-software co-design, and system integration. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior engineers and foster knowledge sharing. • Ability to document and present technical concepts clearly and concisely.
