Join us & apply now at edraky.com/hiring CX CONSULTANT Responsibilities: * Provide business, functional, and technical support for SAP Sales and CX solutions. * Gather requirements and assess gaps in current business processes and configurations. * Offer technology consulting expertise to develop effective alternatives and recommendations. * Develop solutions for SAP Sales and CX requirements. * Lead testing and defect resolution for implemented SAP Sales and CX solutions. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. * A minimum of 3 years of experience as an SAP CX Consultant or in a similar role. * Proficiency in SAP Customer Experience solutions, including SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, and SAP Service Cloud. * Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Relevant SAP certifications are a plus. SAP C4C DEVELOPER Responsibilities: * Design and develop SAP C4C applications and enhancements. * Integrate C4C with SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide optimal solutions. * Stay updated on SAP C4C features, trends, and best practices. * Troubleshoot & optimize existing C4C applications and system integrations. Requirements: * 1 to 2 years of experience in SAP C4C development. * Familiarity with SAP CPI and system integration. * Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. * Ability to adapt to new technologies and enhance existing solutions. SAP CPI CONSULTANT Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain integration flows (IFlows) using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). * Integrate SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring efficient data exchange and business process automation. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions. * Troubleshoot and optimize existing IFlows to enhance performance and reliability. * Stay updated on the latest SAP CPI features and best practices; exposure to other BTP services is a plus. Requirements: * 1 to 2 years of experience in developing IFlows using SAP CPI. * Understanding of SAP and non-SAP system integration methodologies. * Experience with other SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services is an advantage. * Strong problem-solving and communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and deliver high-quality integration solutions.
