**Egypro FME is Expanding!** We’re hiring a **Facility Manager (Banking Sector)** responsible for leading a team within the banking sector. **Location:** Maadi HQ **Experience:** 8+ Years **Engineering Major:** Mechanical/Electrical **Job Description:** - Successfully manage and execute all maintenance activities (Hard Services) related to HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, and Electrical Systems. - Manage the generation and closure of all work orders and client requests through the CMMS system. - Represent Egypro FME in all management meetings with clients concerning any technical or managerial aspects. - Ensure the timely completion of projects within approved budgets on cost and resources, without compromising on Quality & Safety. - Lead a team of 2 to 3 Engineers.
