In 2020 elmarakbysteel launched a new rolling mill equipped with advanced German technology, producing a production capacity of over 400K tons per year. Initially, we produced rebars ranging from 10 to 32 mm diameters, and we recently expanded our offerings to include 8 mm diameter and length increased from 12 meters to an impressive 15 meters. We also started producing wire rods from 5.5 to 12 mm diameters, and have recently added a new diameter up to 14 mm diameter to broaden our product range. Furthermore, we introduced new steel grades that were not available initially, adhering to American standards, and we have obtained certifications from Germany, Poland, Bulgaria, and Romania. Additionally, we have expanded rebar in coils ranging from 6 to 14 mm diameters to meet diverse market needs. بدأنا تشغيل خط الدرفلة الجديد بتكنولوجيا ألمانية متقدمة في عام 2020، بقدرة إنتاجية تتجاوز 400 ألف طن سنوياً. في البداية قمنا بإنتاج حديد التسليح بأقطار تتراوح من 10 إلى 32 مم، وأضفنا حديثاً قطر جديد 8 مم وزيادة طول حديد التسليح من 12 متر حتي 15 متر، كما بدأنا بإنتاج لفائف الأسلاك بأقطار من 5.5 إلى 12 مم، وأضفنا حديثاً أقطار جديدة حتى 14 مم لتوسيع نطاق منتجاتنا. إضافة إلى ذلك، قمنا بتوفير رُتب صلب جديدة لم تكن متوفرة في البداية، تتوافق مع معايير الجودة الأمريكية، وكذلك حصلنا على شهادات اعتماد من ألمانيا، بولندا، بلغاريا، ورومانيا. كما قمنا بإضافة لفائف حديد التسليح بأقطار تتراوح من 6 إلى 14 مم لتلبية احتياجات السوق المتنوعة.

As part of our social responsibility roles to spread the knowledge, and in line with our strategic goals for sustainability and preparing future leaders, we share with you today special moments for the first batch of engineering students internship from Cairo, Ain Shams, October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA), Al-Azhar universities and the Higher Technological Institute to increase the student's awareness regarding steel production ways, the technology used at #elmarakbysteel in steel making and rolling processes that ensure producing the steel with high-quality standards. In addition one of the major training program objectives was to introduce the Egyptian and international steel standards to the students to facilitate the future job of the trainees when they start working in the construction sites. في إطار المسؤولية المجتمعية ونشر المعرفة نود أن نعلن عن انتهاء تدريب أول مجموعة من المهندسين الطلاب من مختلف الأقسام ضمن برنامج التدريب الصيفي لعام 2024 المخصص لتدريب المهندسين من جامعة القاهرة وعين شمس وجامعة أكتوبر للعلوم الحديثة (MSA) وجامعة الأزهر و المعهد التكنولوجى العالى بالعاشر من رمضان بسبل إنتاج الحديد والصلب والتكنولوجيا المتوفرة والمستخدمة في مصانع المراكبى للصلب في عمليات الصهر والدرفلة للحديد والذي يضمن إنتاج حديد بمواصفات قياسية عالية الجودة وربط البرنامج التدريبي بالمواصفات القياسية المصرية والعالمية للتسهيل على المتدربين القيام بمهامهم المستقبلية في جميع المواقع الإنشائية.
