About the job The Technical Presales Engineer is responsible for supporting the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology within geo-intelligence solutions. He/She will be responsible for assisting with the integration of BIM data and processes into the company's system architecture to improve project efficiency, collaboration, and decision-making. Additionally, the role supports the pre-sales process Responsibilities Integration and Development: -      Assist in integrating BIM technology with geo-intelligence systems to streamline data flow. -      Help design, develop, and maintain BIM-related software modules and tools within the company's system ecosystem. -      Work with software developers to ensure seamless integration of BIM functionalities into existing and new system components. -     Assist in providing technical support and guidance on BIM-related issues, workflows, and best practices to other teams. -      Assist in setting up and configuring BIM environments for specific projects, ensuring compliance with -     industry standards and client requirements. -     Help implement quality assurance processes and protocols to minimize errors and maximize the reliability of BIM-related outputs. -     Participate in exhibitions, industry events, conferences, and trade shows when needed. -      Assist in providing specifications and technical information to prospective customers and sales leads. -      Support the pre-sales process, including conducting presentations and preparing technical quotations under supervision. -      Stay informed about the latest developments in BIM technology and share knowledge within the organization. -      Engage in training and professional development opportunities. Track shipments - Revise documents and prepare them for customs clearance. Support all aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution. Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and equipment required for projects. Maintain inventory management systems to track materials and equipment. Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Prepare and issue purchase orders and contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and agreed upon. Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve cost savings. Monitor and manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and addressing any performance issues. Track and report key procurement metrics, such as cost savings, supplier performance, and on-time delivery. Coordinate the transportation and delivery of materials and equipment to various project sites. Assist in managing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a technology or engineering environment. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
