Haier Egypt - Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing Multinational Organization – Chinese Org. Location: 10th of Ramadan We need to hire a Logistics section head Education: Bachelor's degree. Experience: 5-7 Years of experience.  Career Level: section head/supervisor / senior specialist Education Level: Bachelor's Degree.  Previous experience in Manufacturing.  Previous experience in Import.  Good in the English language. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with different cultures and people. Strong follow-up skills. Detail-oriented and has a wide range of connections. Solid verbal and non-verbal communication skills.  Problem Solver, organized, result-oriented, and initiative-taker. Duties: Manage the entire import process, from initial purchase orders to customs clearance and delivery to our warehouses. Manage customs process through NAFEZA system. Ensure compliance with all import regulations and documentation requirements. Manage closely with customs brokers to expedite customs clearance and minimize delays. Track and monitor import shipments in real time. Manage import duties, taxes, and other associated fees. Review the full set of shipping and customs clearance documents and confirm it to suppliers. Ensure proper customs clearance of all import shipments. Review logistics invoices/claims and submit them to accounting on time. Follow-up transportation from port to plant. Review and confirm all importing documents (invoices, packing list, COO, BL….)  Able to create ACID for import shipments. Duties: Identifying requirements for items to be included in the MRP run, running the MRP, creating suggestions for action, and firming the suggestions to release manufacturing and purchase orders. - Following the needed material and component (local – imported) – Follow the daily incoming material with warehouse and purchasing departments – Make shipments variance report – Create purchasing Requisition on SAP. - Making monthly stock evaluation Reports & and good leads to Warehouse sections - Reviews of Material master data (MOQ, Packing) & and other data. - Review & Create BOM On SAP. Haier Egypt - Appliances, Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing Multinational Org. Need to hire: Accounting Manager. Location: 10th of Ramadan. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Accounting Manager to join our team. This position reports to the Head of Finance and is a key position within Haier Egypt. This role leads all aspects of GL, AP, and AR at the site, providing financial leadership, insights, planning, and controlling to the site. Responsibilities: * Ensuring that financial information complies with professional and regulatory  standards. * Entering financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger monthly, as well as preparing  reports. * Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts to ensure transactions are recorded accurately on SAP and account balances are accurately stated following Company policy. * Performing internal and external audits on financial data to ensure its accuracy and  truthfulness. * Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant  financial information. * Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct. * Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting. Manage all the AP functions and review supplier registers, claims, and invoices to be ready for payment. Manage also the AR function to follow payment on the due date Qualifications:  * Very good in English communication. * Bachelor's degree in accounting. * 10~12 years experience, 4 years as an accounting manager or related position, preferably in a large manufacturing environment. * SAP FICO is a must. * In-depth knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and local regulations. * Exceptional attention to detail. * Super time-management, organizational, and communication skills. if interested send CVs to hee.ghada.azab@haier.com, and mention the job title in the subject line of the email i
