Available Opportunity- Head of Cash Management/GTB – Cairo · Accountable for the fees & commissions achievement related to Cash Management products & services · Achieve the revenue/net service income & business goals set for cash every year. · Implementing CM pricing strategy to ensure delivering to all corporate business within the approved strategy · Launch new digital solutions for all corporate portfolio supporting client needs of Cash &Trade electronic payments, Inquires & reports. · Conduct products and services market analysis. · Identify the client needs and submit to concerned support and business functions the request to develop innovative solutions. · Enhance the CM business to develop & improve the underlying products & increase the business on annual basis ensuring continuously product profitability. · Manage properly the client account management in coordination with the relevant RMs as per the account planning policy in place. · Identify and ensure that cross-sell opportunities are captured. · Make sure available products and services answers targeted clients’ and segment’s needs. · Promote cross-sell opportunities with other departments. · Give advice to clients and suggests new products/solutions based on client’s needs. · Measures products and services attributes versus competitors. · Measures products and services attributes versus clients’ needs. · Building appropriate MIS progress report per product and service. · Develop necessary MIS covering cash & liabilities performance progress · Follow-up on non-active clients to meet the franchise growth set objective. · Evaluate twice a year the special pricing ratios in coordination with the trade finance head · Convert clients from manual to electronic based products. · Manage vendor/suppliers implementing a new cash products & services attracting client’s cash & liquidity. · Visit clients with relationship managers & branch managers to initiate relation, grow business or solve CM problems. · Manage the various embedded risks in the business – credit & cost of credit, operational, liquidity. · Improve and enhance all cash management process and procedures incorporation with concerned departments · Provide training and organizing workshops for all front liners to ensure the full awareness of Cash Management product and sales techniques Qualifications · MBA or BA in Finance or Business or Economics · Minimum 10 years’ experience in cash management business · Minimum 5 years in corporate banking management · Strong time management and organizational skills · Excellent computer skills including proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word Interesred applicants please send your CV via email to careers@idbe.com.eg with subject (GTB-Head of CM)
