We are looking for qualified and highly motivated professionals to apply to our state-of-the-art manufacturing complex which meets and exceeds all international standards.  JOB DESCRIPTION: • Conducting granulation, formulation and blending operations in solid dosage form section • Setup the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders • Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing • Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition • Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions and repairs • Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality • Check on the released materials received from the dispensing area, i.e. The quantities and the condition • Provide assistance to junior operators in their assigned responsibilities • Prepare and clean the equipment when needed • Work under the guidance of Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner • Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements • Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation • Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety • Contribute to waste management programs • Identify and report unsafe operations to Supervisor immediately • Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized • Applying cGMP requirements, ensuring that his assistants are applying cGMP and follow company policy and safety rules • Fill the required documents during processing and follow the approved SOPs in the operating and cleaning of the machines QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: • Technical Diploma or Higher • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position in a reputable company • Excellent Command of English Language (written and spoken) • Excellent Computer Skills (Microsoft office) COMPANY PACKAGE INCLUDES: • Competitive Salary • Health Insurance  • Life Insurance  • Transportation Provided  • Meals Provided For those interested and who meet the criteria above please send your resume to recruitment.factory@liptis-pharma-eg.com.
