This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Team lead at Minds Outsourcing for UK & USA market. Located: Cairo, Nasr City. Role Responsibilities: Develop and implement a regional business development strategy aligned with the company's overall goals. · Conduct in-depth market research to understand regional industry trends, competitor landscape, and potential client needs. · Identify and target high-value prospects within the assigned region UK & USA. · Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing client companies. · Develop compelling proposals that showcase our outsourcing solutions and their value proposition. · Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to secure new business deals. · Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closed deal. · Oversee and support the onboarding process for new clients. · Foster strong relationships with internal teams (e.g., delivery, account management) to ensure successful client engagement. · Analyze regional sales data and identify opportunities for growth. · Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, preferably within the outsourcing industry. · Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth. · Strong understanding of the outsourcing industry and its value proposition. · Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. · Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. · Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis. · Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales. · Deep understanding of your assigned region's business landscape and cultural nuances (if applicable).
