Junior Business Developer Position Open Shape the Future of Creative Content @ PeaceCake PeaceCake is seeking a motivated and creative Junior Business Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth, fostering relationships with content creators, and contributing to the development of innovative products that resonate with our audience. below is the Job requirements Responsibilities: Sponsorship Sales: Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities from relevant brands and businesses. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing sponsors. Negotiate sponsorship packages and ensure successful delivery of contractual obligations. New Product Development: Contribute fresh ideas for new products, services, or experiences that align with PeaceCake's brand and target market. Participate in market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new product concepts to life. Content Creator & Influencer Management: Identify and recruit content creators and influencers who align with PeaceCake's values and audience. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure successful collaborations. Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to promote PeaceCake's brand and products. Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to sponsorship sales, product launches, and influencer campaigns. Prepare regular reports for the Senior Business Developer, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
