Position Title: Market Access Manager Reporting to: Market Access & Trade Marketing Head Scope: Pharco Corporate Full Product Portfolio Location (s) /Residency: Cairo – Alex – Delta  Job Closing Date: 27th of March 2025 Job Purpose: Pharco Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Market Access Manager to strengthen the positioning and visibility of our products within key accounts and chain pharmacies. This strategic role will focus on fostering long-term relationships with critical stakeholders and decision-makers to enhance access to our medications and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying market opportunities, developing actionable plans, and ensuring seamless product adoption across strategic accounts. Core Job Responsibilities: •Strengthen the product positioning within assigned accounts and chain pharmacies. •Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. •Create and implement action plans targeting key professionals and decision-makers to drive business growth. •Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase product adoption and market share. •Lead national and regional initiatives with a multidisciplinary team to increase patient treatment access. •Manage a database of specialists, ensuring compliance with personal data processing standards in OCE system. •Support cross-functional teams in achieving strategic account plans aligned with overall sales objectives. •Design and negotiate annual agreements with pharmacy chains, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. •Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and improvements. About the Candidates’ we are seeking to hire:    1.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Science, or a related medical field. 2.Experience: A minimum (3) years of experience in the same title with total (5) years of experience in Pharma field. 3.The applicant should have (1) year of experience in Management/Leadership Role. 4.Fluent in written and spoken English. Position Title: Product Manager (739) Reporting to: Group Product Manager Division: Pharco Chronic Specialty Care Location/Residency: Cairo- Egypt Job Closing Date: Sat. 22nd of March 2025 Job Purpose: Lead the product lifecycle management, develop and execute strategies to build and enhance the product’s market presence and drive sales growth. Manages brand positioning, conduct marketing campaigns, and ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives. In addition, he/she analyzes market trends and customer insights to optimize brand performance and ensure successful product launches. Key Responsibilities:   •Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and promotional plans. Ensure successful product launches. •Develop and manage the product’s budget, including forecasting, P&L management, conferences, events, and product launches. •Manage the product lifecycle and monitor product performance, market conditions, and marketing adjustments to strategy as necessary to maximize product success. •Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. •Evaluate and select key marketing opportunities, such as industry conferences and promotional events, to maximize brand visibility and impact.  •Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.  •Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory, legal, supply chain, and sales to ensure timely and efficient product development, approval, alignment on marketing strategies and commercialization. Qualifications:   Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Science, or a related medical field. Experience: A minimum (3) years of experience in the same title with a preference for candidates who have experience in ENT/ Pediatric Specialty.
