We are hiring "Team Head" - Prime Wathaeq for Fund Administration Services Duties & Responsibilities: ·  Review all accounting entries recorded in the system and check it with the incoming instructions from the fund manager and the issuer bank. ·  Confirm funds NAVs with funds manager and Issuer Banks. · Reviews financial reporting process in line with business requirements. ·  Checking of accounting reports for fund manager and for the issuer bank. · Ensuring the Recording and Reporting of transactions executed are on timely basis. · Supporting any operational problems could face the officers. · Review the tickets prepared by senior officer for further approval from the supervisor. ·  Revise the authenticity and accuracy of received documents from internal and external entities for accounting purposes. · Reviews statements, invoices and vouchers. · Setup of bank/ brokerage/ custody accounts for existing/new clients. · Setup investor accounts in the different markets. ·  Approve the tickets after checking that the details of trades and holdings against the invoice received from the broker the next day. · Review all custody reconciliation and cash reconciliations prepared by senior officer. ·  Cooperate with any other parties (External auditors, internal auditors, Compliance staff, Finance department, etc….).  · Reporting line: Managing Director of Prime Wathaeq.  Personal Profile:  ·  Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience. ·   Bachelor degree in Commerce. ·   Computer literacy and knowledge in MS Office and accounting application software. ·  Communication skills and ability to work within team. We are hiring Head of Research Job Summary The Head of Research is responsible to delegate and supervise the jobs assigned by Managing Director. His/her duties are to supervise the processing of day-to-day, quarterly and yearly plans. responsible for the approval of publication of the research on securities and other relevant research analysis and information as conducted in the Investment Research Division. The Head of Research should support the sales team through accompanying them in their meetings with the clients and presenting the listed companies and economic issues in which the client is interested. Operational duties & responsibilities: ·  Keeps well abreast of market movements, news and events, and reports any relevant information to the Managing Director. ·  Represent the research department in dealings with other departments and outsiders. ·   Set the coverage policy for the research and supervises the execution of research and advisory activities carried out for clients as directed by the managing Director. ·  Delegates particular day-to-day responsibilities. ·  Reviews equity research on securities listed on the Egypt Stock Exchange. ·  Publishes research findings on the securities in coordination with relevant departments. ·   Approves the short-list prepared by the Research Senior Analyst to become the Focus List. ·  Reviews the Focus List on quarterly basis. ·  Supervises the communication with Egypt Stock Exchange to obtain necessary and relevant information upon publication dates from the listed companies that research has been done on. ·  Supervises the completeness of the system of documentation manual’s availability. · Follows up on research activities to ensure that findings conform to the goals and objectives. ·   Choosing the valuation methodology, writing styles, designs and formats. ·   Assigning key valuation factors, calculations and rational such as risk free rate, perpetual growth rate, exchange rate risk and market risk premium. ·  The head of research will be responsible to coordinate with the team heads concerning issuing a yearly strategy. ·  The head of research will be responsible for the department’s vision and forecasted figures from final output. ·  Supervising the forecasted macro-economic figures. The head of research will be responsible to finally submit a coherent image from the macro and micro image and if there are any discrepancies, then there will be a need for justification. Qualifications: ·  Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent education, in addition to the following working experience: ·  Experience 10-12 years and/or training in similar function and industry. ·  Strong knowledge base and analytical, research and knowledge acquisition skills. ·  Passed CFA level 3 is a must. Computer literacy and knowledge in MS Office applications. ·  Excellent interpersonal skills, communication style and team working.
