We’re bringing a better way to send, spend and save to anyone seeking an alternative to the traditional banking system. About the Job: This is a full-time on-site role. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support to our users, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The daily tasks may include answering user inquiries via email, chat support and social media, investigating user issues, and resolving user inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Qualifications: - Excellent customer service, communication, problem solving, and analytical skills. - Fluency in both written & Spoken English & Arabic languages. - Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with customers. - Knowledge of the financial industry or banking experience is a plus. - Bachelor degree Working module: - Chat support - Rotational shifts - 24/7 - Hybrid - 2 weeks from office & 2 weeks from home - Social & Medical insurance - Transportation Believe you have what it takes? 💪 Send your CV to work@telda.app
