Responsibilities: -     Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies to ensure strict compliance with Egyptian tax laws and regulations. -     Oversee all aspects of tax planning, including transfer pricing, VAT, and corporate income tax. -     Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external tax advisors and government authorities. -     Provide strategic tax guidance on business decisions, mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions. -     Lead and develop a high-performing tax team.
