Key topics included crafting energy-efficient structures, curbing energy consumption, optimizing water usage, and integrating eco-friendly building systems. We are hiring System Administrator Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Plan, design, and collaborate with vendors and service providers to evaluate, procure, and implement new hardware, software, and services to support business requirements. 2. Develop and implement best practices for system configuration, performance optimization, and security hardening to ensure maximum reliability and efficiency. 3. Manage and operate different infrastructure systems such as different Hardware (Servers, Storage, RAID settings, etc.), Virtualization systems, Operating systems (Windows/Linux based), Application servers, File Servers, Backup, and recovery systems along with servers’ Endpoint protection. 4. Conduct regular maintenance of servers, including installing software updates, performing upgrades, and managing hardware replacements and expansions to optimize performance and reliability. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify critical data and systems requiring backup and develop appropriate strategies for data backup, retention, and disaster recovery to minimize the risk of data loss. 6. Perform extensive troubleshooting on the above-mentioned services as well as provide clear and descriptive resolution for the users. 7. Ensure the availability, continuity, and security of various systems by monitoring logs and implementing proactive measures to detect and mitigate potential issues using diagnostic software and technical troubleshooting processes to ensure smooth operation. 8. Participate actively in planning and executing platform/application installation, design, and upgrade. 9. Document all actions taken or needed in incidents and service requests. 10. Develop and document operational procedures to standardize processes and ensure efficient system management. 11. Continuously participate in identifying technical improvements to decrease any administrative overhead. Job Requirements: 1. Expert in infrastructure architecture, including networking, server virtualization, storage technologies, and cloud platforms. 2. Expert in Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, DHCP, DNS, FTP, NTP, and CA.  3. Strong Knowledge of GPOs, Radius, WSUS. 4. Strong Knowledge of virtualization and Veeam backup technologies. 5. Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud. 6. Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. 7. Experience with automation and scripting tools (Ex. PowerShell). 8. Handling all communication with the social insurance office. 4. Tracking contract end dates for all staff and faculty members and seeking line manager's approvals for renewing contracts. 5. Issuing contracts for all staff & Faculty members. 6. Responsible for all Social Insurance forms (1,6&2) and all activities related to any legal issues. 7. Liaison between HR Department and Legal department in any related matters. 8. Conducting Exit interviews for resigned employees. 9. Responsible for all resignation process. 10. Tracking all types of leaves balance for employees. 11. Extract different reports from the HR personnel system as requested. 12. Perform other HR tasks as assigned. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration from a reputable university. 2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in the HR field. 3. Strong knowledge of Egyptian Social Insurance and Labor law. 4. Excellent command of MS Office. 5. Excellent communication skills. 6. Attention to details. 7. Very good command of English language.
