ADH Egypt is seeking to recruit a full time Mechanical Design Engineer to join our cross functional team in 5th settlement head quarter, candidates are preferred to have an experience in Fit out/ renovation projects, ensuring that Projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Experience with HAP Software: Proficiency in HAP (Hourly Analysis Program) for calculating building heat loads and ventilation requirements.

2. Experience in Plumbing and Firefighting Design: Ability to calculate water supply, drainage systems, and firefighting requirements.

3. HVAC Design Proficiency: Experience in HVAC design phases from schematic to detailed designs and tender document preparation.

4. Coordination Skills: Proven experience in coordinating mechanical requirements with architecture and civil departments.

5. BOQ and Tender Preparation: Capability in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for tender packages.

6. Site Supervision Experience: Ability to supervise mechanical work on-site, ensure quality control, and attend on-site meetings to discuss project specifics.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical design within a related field.

2. Advanced proficiency in CAD, HAP, Revit, Duct Sizer, Elite, and other relevant software applications.

3. Comprehensive knowledge of applicable building codes and standards.

4. Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on achieving results.
