Role Description

As the Real Estate Sales and Marketing Manager at Trinity Offers, you will spearhead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive property sales and enhance the company's market presence. This multifaceted role requires a blend of leadership, marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of real estate dynamics.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote real estate properties, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Property Promotion: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including online and offline collateral, to effectively showcase properties and attract potential buyers.
  • Digital Marketing: Utilize digital channels such as social media, email campaigns, and online advertising to maximize property visibility and engagement with target audiences.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and potential buyers, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing inquiries.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales and marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.




Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Understanding of USA real estate industry laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with local real estate market trends and conditions
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
