Ring of the Erudite

The Ring of the Erudite is a ring retrieved as part of the Rings of Blood Magic^DG quest. The ring is made of three bands of bone, with two green jewels set into it. Its enchantment gives you 100 more magicka and causes you to regenerate magicka faster. Unlike most other rings, its bonuses will still apply when you are in Vampire Lord form.

Notes

• Unlike other magicka regeneration enchantments, this ring's enchantment is not a multiplier upon your magicka regeneration rate, but a flat value of 2.00 added to your base regeneration rate (default 3.00). This makes this ring function like a 2/3 bonus to your magicka regeneration rate when not coupled with other bonuses. This ring's effect combines multiplicatively when mixed with normal magicka regeneration enchantments as follows:
  • Normal magicka Regeneration (100%): (3.00) x 2 = 6.00
  • Ring of the Erudite: (3.00 + 2.00) = 5.00
  • Normal magicka Regeneration (100%) with Ring of the Erudite: (3.00 + 2.00) x 2 = 10.00
