Some persist in opposing change, prioritizing their own views over the organization’s overall success. While consensus is ideal, decisions must be made even without universal agreement. Effective leaders listen actively but must make tough choices for the organization's progress and prosperity. With time and positive outcomes, oppositional voices will quiet.
