Prioritize tasks in alignment with purpose - Eisenhower's matrix can be of a great help. Assign blocks during the day where your focus should be on essential tasks. Pause, reflect and observe.

Consulting can be a demanding profession, often requiring long hours and high levels of stress. Ensure you focus and take time for your own Self-Care and Well-being. Always ensure you set clear expectations and deliverables with clients and team members and don't hesitate to ask for help from colleagues or mentors and continuously work to identify the most critical tasks and focus on completing them first. As a personal learning from my experience, don't overload yourself with work. Politely decline tasks that aren't essential.
