Delegating tasks and empowering the team to handle operational matters allows me to maintain focus on big-picture thinking. Ultimately, it's about finding harmony between executing tasks and staying true to your leadership vision.

Use your content creation ideation time as a space to reflect. Journal. Think about what you have achieved that week or month, or what you wish you had achieved, and how you can turn that into content. Just talking about your experiences (when framed correctly) can create valuable content for an audience, while also giving you clarity so that you can make better decisions at work. Make it part of your process.
