Here's the thing, a routine isn't going to make or break your results. If it works, fine, by all means, keep doing it BUT what you should try to do is focus as much time as possible on doing the things that bring in the results you're looking for. Don't get me wrong though, a routine can help, it just isn't the key. The key is doing what matters.

Time Block for Key Tasks: Dedicate chunks of time each day to revenue-driving activities—cold calls, lead generation, or follow-up. Continuous Learning: Keep an eye on market trends, competitors, and new sales techniques. Celebrate Small Wins: Acknowledge your daily wins, no matter how small. It keeps motivation up Feedback Loop: Constantly refine your approach. What worked today might need tweaking tomorrow.

Atteindre ses objectifs de vente quand tout semble perdu d'avance est très stressant. Mais il est important de garder un esprit positif et prêt à relever le défi. Voici mon approche durant ces moments : -Réviser mon processus de vente: script commercial,page de vente, plaquette commerciale, donnée clients existants ,CRM -Analyser ces données clients pour appréhender le comportement d'achat de mes différents portefeuilles clients -Isoler les patterns,les objections et les arguments qui avaient bien fonctionné pour construire un nouvelle stratégie de vente -Augmenter le volume de mes sessions tout en priorisant sur les prospects les plus engagés. Avec cette stratégie,je relève le défi en atteignant mes objectifs à 85% .

Break down the quota into the targets that need to be achieved not only by quarter but by month and even by week. Based on that, identify the key KPIs for each salesperson, focusing on the conversion rates: MQLs to SQLs, SQLs to opportunities, and opportunities to closed won deals. It’s crucial to identify which industries or market segments are seeing the most success developing and prioritizing strategies that are agile and flexible enough to be reviewed weekly. The team must be well-organized, well-communicated, and aligned with their manager to achieve their goals and measure them effectively at least once a week.
