This position is crucial in bridging daily laboratory operations with overall quality objectives. You’ll lead the Quality Control team, ensuring analytical tests meet GMP standards, managing batch releases, and supporting new projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape lab practices and develop team skills while contributing to safety and environmental compliance. Responsibilities include: • Distributing tasks among analysts and adapting to changes to meet production needs. • Reviewing analytical tests (physical-chemical, chromatographic) according to GMP standards. • Releasing batches of intermediate products. • Supporting analysts, especially on new projects. • Managing stock and expiry of reference substances. • Ensuring lab safety and compliance. • Developing team members and identifying training needs. Profile: • Degree in Chemistry, Health Sciences, or similar. • 2-3 years of experience in the chemical/pharma industry, CDMO experience is a plus. • Expertise in HPLC, GC, PSD, and other analytical techniques. • Experience with LIMS and water analysis is valued. • Strong organizational skills, leadership, and adaptability.
