👩🎓👨🎓Last week, a new session of our Executive Development Program was held at Masía Bellver with participants from #Idrica, Ensai Solutions, GoHub Ventures and Aguas de Valencia Internacional. This two-year pioneering training experience, which promotes new leadership paradigms, will be providing participants with skills to tackle current water challenges.
The two-day event revolved around the premise that “If there is no personal development, there is no professional development” provided by our inspirational guest, andoni armentia amantegui, the former HR director of Abertis, who also provided other invaluable ideas based on his professional experience as a senior manager.
Personal responsibility, self-leadership and self-knowledge were the main levers used during the sessions to help participants strengthen their skills and analyze areas for improvement.
Felicia Perseguer, from Esade, created awareness about topics that are already part of leaders' agendas: vulnerability, emotional management, stress, wellbeing, balance, ambition and ego.
Patricia R. Cima, from People Re-evolution, went through the new concept of #Neuroleadership and analyzed new leaders' ability to address major challenges at work using neuroscience.
The program, coordinated by Ana Carrau Mínguez, CEO of TheImpactProject.es, is set to resume in September with a new module on disruptive methodologies, creative thinking and innovation. In the meantime, participants will be given one-on-one coaching sessions on their journey to personal and professional growth.
