Dear friends, while most of you are having the time of your life at the Global Gaming Expo in Las Vegas, Pierre and Carolina being the ones that are triggering my FOMO in the most ostentatious ways, credits going to David Natroshvili from SPRIBE, I’m watching my photo album from SBC Lisbon remembering the great times it brought. First of all, congratulations to Rasmus and all the SBC team for organizing such an epic event. The size of the venue, the number of exhibitors and attendees, the sophistication of the booths and the gigantic closing but also Ras’ VIP Birthday party featuring DJs such as Darude, Don Diablo and Miss Monique, were above expectations. We were exhibiting with two companies, Alea which won the prestigious Best Platform Provider of the Year Gold Award, the Silver being won by GR8 Tech during the awards ceremony co-hosted by Kirsty Gallacher and Peter Schmeichel. I would like to thank all the Alea team and especially the ones who were present Isabella, Ksenia, Jordi, Ramon, Lucas, Karolis, Rafael, Grega, and Fellipe Fraga from EstrelaBet who joined us on stage. We were also exhibiting with Vegas Legends, a company co-founded by my inimitable partner in crime, Bilyan and yours truly. We sponsored the ROLEX raffle won by a gentleman who got lucky that the two previous attempts to fake the winning ticket didn’t work out. We also won the Rising Star in Casino Gold Award, the Silver being won by 1xSlots Online Casino. I would like to thank my co-founder and CEO Bilyan, and the Vegas Legends team, Nikoleta, Victor and Nia for this unexpected achievement in the early days of this incredibly successful venture. I’ve also had the honour to participate to The Evolving Role of Gaming Aggregators panel moderated by Craig Davies, Senior Media Manager at SBC with my co-panelists Matevz Mazij, Chair of the Board and CEO at Bragg, alongside Nicole Kalcheva, Head of Casino at Pinnacle and Adam Calleja Urry, Business Development Director at SoftConstruct. On the last day, I’ve presented a keynote about the sensitive topic of Bringing API governance into the igaming industry. I will post both videos when they will be released by the SBC team.
