Women Who Inspire Us This week, all of the companies within Grupo Arania have come together to celebrate the women who have made a difference in our lives. Through a campaign in our workplaces, we have highlighted colleagues, teachers, mothers, writers, scientists, artists and others; in short, women who inspire us every day.   From March 6 to 12, we set up panels where our team members could share the names and stories of women who have helped to shape their lives: a simple yet powerful way to acknowledge their impact on who we are today. But equality is not just something to celebrate—it’s something to work for. Did you know that…? 👇   📌 56% of promotions at Grupo Arania in 2024 were for women. 📌 Aratubo’s management committee is the first within the Group to achieve gender parity: 4 women and 4 men in leadership roles. 📌 At AR Shelving Slovakia, 47% of the workforce are women. 📌 Women represent 29% of our workforce in Grupo Arania, compared to 19% in our sector.
