Abrir puertas que transformen vidas 💚 Ese es el propósito de B&B Academy, nuestra iniciativa de formación en el sector hotelero para jóvenes en riesgo de exclusión social. Un programa desarrollado junto a la Fundación Tomillo con el que queremos fomentar la empleabilidad, facilitar la entrada en el mundo laboral e impulsar el empoderamiento e inserción de los alumnos seleccionados. Hace una semana 23 voluntarios de B&B HOTELS visitaron las instalaciones de Tomillo y durante cinco días impartieron clases a los 20 alumnos que forman parte del proyecto. Profesionales de distintas áreas compartieron conocimientos sobre B&B HOTELS, nuestros valores y nuestra forma de trabajar. Ha sido una experiencia enriquecedora para todos, donde voluntarios y alumnos hemos aprendido juntos y hemos descubierto el talento que hay en cada uno de nosotros. Estamos deseando verles pronto en las recepciones de nuestros hoteles. Ven a los hoteles donde bien estar. * Opening doors that transform lives 💚 That is the purpose of B&B Academy, our training initiative in the hotel sector for young people at risk of social exclusion. A program developed together with the Fundación Tomillo with which we want to promote employability, facilitate entry into the world of work, and boost the empowerment and integration of the selected students. A week ago, 23 volunteers from B&B HOTELS visited the Tomillo facilities and for five days taught classes to the 20 students who are part of the project. Professionals from different areas shared knowledge about B&B HOTELS, our values, and our way of working. It has been an enriching experience for everyone, where volunteers and students have learned together and discovered the talent that exists in each of us. We are looking forward to seeing them soon at the receptions of our hotels. "Juntos queremos abrir puertas que transforman vidas" Hoy es un día muy especial… ¡Ponemos en marcha “B&B Academy”! Un proyecto de formación especializada en colaboración con la Fundación Tomillo para impulsar la inclusión socio laboral de jóvenes en situación de vulnerabilidad a través de la formación y el empleo. 20 alumnos han sido seleccionados de entre las más de 380 candidaturas para la formación que tiene una duración de tres meses y 312 horas, impartida por profesionales técnicos de la Fundación Tomillo y empleados de B&B HOTELS España y Portugal. El proyecto de “B&B Academy” nace en 2024 dentro del Plan de Acción Social de B&B HOTELS España y Portugal con el objetivo de ofrecer oportunidades formativas a personas en situación vulnerable para, desde la mejora de su empleabilidad, facilitar su entrada en el mundo laboral, impulsando su empoderamiento e inserción. Un proyecto al que le hemos puesto mucho corazón y talento y que os iremos contando en más detalle.
