Yesterday at Camper, we had the honor of welcoming Spanish triathlete Jota García. Blind at 28, Olympian at 38, Jota spoke about resilience and overcoming life’s challenges, reminding us that disability does not define people and that, with effort and perseverance, there are no impossible barriers. As a company committed to inclusion and diversity, we hope this talk was an inspiration for everyone to reach their full potential. Last weekend, the Hyères International Festival of Fashion, Photography and Fashion Accessories wrapped up, and we’re excited to reflect on a remarkable event. We're thrilled to announce that Camper was part of the Festival, where our Creative Director, Achilles Ion Gabriel, made history as the first Finnish President of the Jury for the Accessories category. It was an honor to be part of this prestigious event and to witness the incredible talent on display. Congratulations to Chiyang Duan, the deserving winner chosen by our esteemed jury. We're also proud to share that Camper presented a special award to Camille Combremont for the ingenious solutions demonstrated in her work. Innovation and creativity are at the heart of what we do, and it's inspiring to see these qualities in emerging designers. A heartfelt thank you to all the designers who participated—your dedication and artistry continue to push the boundaries of fashion and accessories design. To our fantastic jury members, including Imruh Asha, Cecilia Llorens, Alice Bouleau, Krzysztof J. Lukasik, Maria Korkeila, Kito Muñoz, Harry Nuriev, Robert Williams, and Gabrielle Huguenot: your expertise and insights were invaluable in this process and it was so much fun to collaborate with you. There really is nowhere like Hong Kong. Or our redesigned store that has just reopened in Harbour City, Kowloon. Spanish designer Jorge Penadés has reenvisioned the space, inspired by our Mediterranean home over 10,000 kilometers away.  Within the white tiled and mirrored walls, a freestanding architectural display of curves and sharp angles winds through the store. The single-piece structure features glossy red tiles emblematic of Camper and neon nights, a seating area, and the latest Camper and CAMPERLAB footwear collections. In line with Camper's ethos, the space prioritizes sustainability, using natural materials like Mediterranean clay tiles and wool. A feat of contemporary design entwined with tradition and nature, much like Hong Kong—and Camper—itself.
