Ya está aquí el informe del Libro Blanco del Desarrollo Español de Videojuegos 2023 presentado por DEV, Asociación Española de Empresas Productoras y Desarrolladoras de Videojuegos. Este año, el informe destaca un impresionante crecimiento en la participación de mujeres que trabajan en el sector, alcanzando un 26.4% en 2023 desde un 16.8% en 2018; y el 23.9% ocupando puestos directivos. En Digital Legends Entertainment, nos enorgullece superar la media con un 28.44% de mujeres en nuestro equipo, con un 33.3% en puestos directivos. Hoy queremos destacar a Elisa Fernandez, Expert Gameplay Programmer, una pionera en la programación de videojuegos, que celebra 15 años con nosotros este año.
