En la primera mesa redonda, James Basha, Elizabet MONTORO (Griffith Foods), David Martรญn (Entrenador del Seleccionado nacional de Waterpolo masculino) y Monica Rodriguez (Revolut). Discutieron cรณmo involucrar a las nuevas generaciones en su desarrollo La generaciรณn Z, descrita por Monica como curiosa, busca autonomรญa y desarrollo no lineal.
