    HBX Group is once again bringing together the world's leading travel industry professionals for our flagship events, #MarketHub2025! Under the theme, "Connecting Horizons", we aim to showcase the importance of bringing together different ideas, cultures and industries to drive innovation and growth. MarketHub Asia will take place from February 11-14, 2025, and will be hosted at Studio City Macau, an integrated resort located in the heart of Cotai, Macau. MarketHub Europe will take place from April 1-4, 2025, and will be hosted at Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Algarve Resort, from Minor Hotels, a distinguished venue located along the Algarve coast in Portugal.     Last month, some of our Hotelbeds team had the pleasure of organising an event for our hotel partners in Rome. It was an amazing opportunity for us to present the Roiback and Bedsonline value propositions, and to highlight the beautiful city of Rome as a destination.     World Tourism Day is an annual event in the travel calendar that encourages industry stakeholders to reflect on the impact of tourism on the world: socially, culturally, environmentally and economically. This year's theme is 'tourism and peace', and reflects on how tourism can play a vital role as a catalyst in promoting peace and understanding between nations and cultures. World Tourism Day is important for travel providers to be aware of and consider, as it can help to raise awareness and knowledge, reveal travel trends, and ultimately help you improve travel offerings and find new business opportunities.     We’re delighted to share that last week at the European Customer Experience Awards 2024, HBX Group were announced as winners for “Best Product or Service Development” for Insights. Insights, our web functionality implemented through Hotelbeds and Bedsonline, provides personalised growth opportunities to travel advisors based on accommodation, experiences and transfers that other travel agencies in their area are selling. The award recognises both the high quality service delivered by Insights, and the value it brings to travel advisors, helping them untap products or services that they could be missing to sell. Xavier Godoy Moyá, Customer Experience & Automation Director at HBX Group, stated: “This award is a significant recognition of our teams, who have worked tirelessly to deliver such a high-quality service development and B2B customer experience.
