We are excited to announce that our edited book "Tenure Tracks in European Universities : Managing Careers in Academia" (Edward Elgar Publishing) is now published as open access and available from this link: https://lnkd.in/d-xQPwQD
Together with Elias Pekkola, we are grateful to all the authors, as each of the chapters in this book has made a significant contribution and they are deepening our understanding of the different tenure track models and their challenges in European universities. In examining changing academic career models, we also analyse the changing academic profession and evolving university organisations in a changing environment. This analysis is important for imagining the future of higher education.
