Insufficient venture capital and lack of an early-stage startup ecosystem make raising funds difficult. ● Bureaucracy and Regulatory Challenges: Dealing with bureaucratic red tape and complex regulations can be time-consuming and hinder business growth. Access to funding: One of the major challenges for entrepreneurs in Tunisia is gaining access to the necessary funding to develop and implement their ideas. Limited financial resources, and complex funding procedures, make it difficult to raise funds for innovative projects. b. Access to international markets: Access to international markets, while beneficial, can pose a significant challenge for entrepreneurs in Tunisia. Expanding beyond national borders requires a deep understanding of international trade regulations, quality standards, and market-specific requirements. Its lines of business are the cultivation, transformation and packaging of aromatic and medicinal plants. And production of canned prepared dishes, whose main ingredient is underused plant species from our own crops, such as collard greens, cardillo, fennel or purslane. Ensuring that resources that are practically wasted become manufactured products with high added value. ------ [In their own words...] How did participating in INTECMED’s incubator impact your business idea?
