Céline Mandon,Scapa Industrial, Valence: Having been with Scapa for 19 years, Celine coordinates customer care for the Ski and Automotive markets, handling orders, quotes, and shipments. Her curiosity shines as she continually learns new skills, including studying German to better serve her customers. Gemma Hallworth, Scapa Industrial, Ashton: Gemma has been a part of the team for over a decade. She supports our customers in the cable markets and has a long work history in manufacturing. jessica guerrero, ITASA Mexico: Jessica has been with the team for almost three years. She specializes in offering effective solutions and maintaining relationships with customers to provide a positive experience. At Itasa, the 50th anniversary is an opportunity to pay tribute through our Employee Spotlight Series initiative to those who shaped our history. And so today, we talk about Unai Pérez and Gorka Ibarburu, two technicians who work at the heart of Silicone Line 5, and stand out for their dedication and skills. Both have found in Itasa not only a place to work, but an environment in which their skills and passion for technology find their maximum development. Unai Pérez, who has been with the company for 8 years, came to Itasa attracted by an article he read while working in newspaper printing. His interest in the project led him to apply, and he was selected among about twenty candidates. Unai appreciates the complexity and daily challenges of his position, where no two days are the same. His experience has allowed him to develop a special intuition to anticipate the most demanding productions, those that require the strictest attention. For Unai, working at Itasa is a combination of constant challenges and a team that turns any obstacle into an opportunity to grow. Gorka Ibarburu has been with Itasa for 3 years, and came to the company after a solid career in the machining industry. Recruited by the production manager, Gorka deeply values the stability and continuous growth that Itasa has offered him. He greatly enjoys the technical aspect of his work, especially in the parameter setting and fine-tuning of the machine for each specific production. A strong advocate of continuous improvement, Gorka is constantly looking for ways to optimize processes, knowing that at Itasa, resilience and adaptability are key to staying at the forefront of the industry. Celebrating our 50th anniversary also means recognizing the people who drive Itasa into the future every day.
