Data & Analytics #teams need the ability to rapidly iterate and refine #data. A "Data as a Product" approach is essential, fostering a #datadriven culture by clearly mapping the relationship between data producers and consumers across the organization. This unlocks diverse data consumption use cases, including #AImodel training, powering digital applications, and enabling #AIagents. 💡 Keepler's approach is to undertake the creation of "Data as a Product" according to a #roadmap of use case development. This involves tackling the data domains where the data is needed first and then the rest of the data domains. In this way, companies do not embark on an endless task of improving their data before undertaking use cases, but rather do so gradually with the backing of business value being generated by the data and AI use cases. The main benefit is a greater #ROI and increased #agility in the use of AI.
