This summer, while we are enjoying the beach, the mountains, or any tourist city, we must remember that recycling never takes a break! During this period, the amount of waste increases significantly while the recycling habit decreases by 12%. 🚀 Yet another step forward in optimizing service for our self-adhesive customers!   Adestor by Lecta is proud to announce the opening of a new converting facility in Germany 🏭. Strategically located in Aschaffenburg, Bavaria, it will allow us to improve delivery service for customers in Central and Northern Europe for our full range of self-adhesive materials.   The new slitting and distribution center has a floor area of over 4000 m2, with a capacity for 400 jumbos, more than 6 million square meters of paper. It is equipped with two winders and a finishing line that includes a roll packer and handler. The facility is led by Luis Ibañez, Lecta Self-Adhesive Aschaffenburg Site Leader.   This is a key step in Adestor by Lecta’s growth outside domestic markets. Renewable gas reduces greenhouse emissions, energy dependence and drives the circular economy 🌍♻️ Lecta’s agreement with Naturgy, a multinational energy group, will enable the integration of renewable biomethane gas in the production processes at several of the company’s mills in Spain.
