Digital Product Venture Studio. We help launch and co-found products and businesses through strategy and design.

Sobre nosotros

Digital Product Studio. The Elegant Rebellion. We believe in things well done, in good work. We believe in timeless beauty in which aesthetics and function dance in harmony. We believe in theories and objects that make sense. We believe in the value of concept and art, because no project can live without a soul. We work with passion. Using agile methodology, we design products alongside our clients and from within the companies themselves; in coordination with the teams that form them. We devise, design, prototype, test and iterate. We love what we do. We’re endorsed by 7 years of experience. Along the way we’ve accompanied businesses in important launches and growth. BBVA, Jobandtalent, Finect and Syltek are just a few of the companies and teams that have already relied on us. Our efforts are centred around improving KPIs, systemising and speeding things up through our processes; the communication between design, engineering and business. We don’t underestimate the value of visual design; therefore, everything is accompanied by a groomed and exquisite aesthetic.

The future of any industry is determined by the conversations we have today. With our work we have the mission to not only understand the digital landscape but shape it for the years to come. This is why we created Parallels, a space to discuss this openly. Last week we hosted our first event at Casa Neutrale Wine Bar in Madrid where we talked about fashion, e-commerce and retail. We were lucky to have Maria Fanjul & María Serret de Ena in conversation with our Head of Design Sara Rivera Jurado talking all about future trends & exchanging insights with other industry professionals. Infinite games, the attention crisis and how different companies are dealing with reinventing their shopping experiences were discussed — Here are some key takeaways from the night: We know that creating space for reflection is key for any situation but especially important for creative thinking (however it’s sometimes forgotten). That night we talked about how even AI systems are in fact integrating reflective practices within its algorithms to generate better results — So if even AI is reflecting that should say it all. The “creativity crisis” was also mentioned several times but overall instead of seeing this as a limitation we approach it as invitation to innovate and think outside the box. We also asked ourselves: How can we create more authentic stories that resonate with our audiences in this state? Can we build success beyond convencional metrics and create projects with real value? This is truely the perfect time to be unconventional and break boundaries. As an ending note, we think the future of e-commerce in fashion as we know it will not be a simple evolution but a complete 360 of how we create stories and create authentic experiences. Special thanks to Maria Fanjul, María Serret de Ena, & Sara Rivera Jurado for the incredible conversation and to all the team: André Mendes, Jorge Lana, Paula M. Montoto, Paula Lopez Oneto, Marta Iceta Barberá, Sandra Ramiro, Paula Iglesias Villegas de ROC·PR, María Albillos & Paloma Almodovar. Thanks to Casa Neutrale for the most amazing space and Felipe Huertas for the photos. #futurethinking #parallels #fashioninsights

Jueves is officially back, and we’ve got something new things to share. For years, at mendesaltaren we’ve put a lot of effort in driving community in different ways. But now, we’re proud to introduce a new phase of this journey: Jueves, as a creative, Spanish-speaking creative community driven by our team. Yesterday we launched the first newsletter under this umbrella. You may have noticed some changes—new logo, new look—but these are just the first steps in a larger transformation. In the past months, we’ve expanded our team, refined our vision, and let go of some aspects that no longer align with the community we aim to build. This summer, we made the decision to close our Telegram channel—not to dissolve the community, but to focus our efforts on creating meaningful, inspiring projects. We’re dedicated to continuing this digital space, while also exploring new formats and experiences. In this new chapter, our bi-weekly newsletter on Substack will continue. We will also be relaunching our podcast under Jueves where we’ll talk about creativity and design. For now, make sure you’re subscribed to our newsletter to stay tuned. We’re energized, focused, and ready to keep sharing—because at the end of the day, that’s what this is all about. A special thank you to Margarita Cobas, Iria Loira Acosta, Jaume Alemañ & Paula M. Montoto 🔗 Read the latest issue https://lnkd.in/eKTAdWeD 🔗 Subscribe https://lnkd.in/easqZA45 #comunidaddigital #jueves

In today's fast-paced, innovation-driven business environment, you need a Product Manager in your team. Here are some reasons why: ① The Strategic Visionary A Product Manager is more than just a coordinator; they are the strategic visionary behind your product. They see the big picture while understanding the intricate details. This dual perspective allows them to guide the product's development in a way that aligns with both the company's goals and the needs of the customers. ➁ Bridge Between Teams One of the most significant challenges in product development is ensuring clear communication between various teams—engineering, design, marketing, and sales. They ensure that everyone is on the same page. ➂ Customer-Centric Focus In a market where customer preferences are constantly evolving, understanding and addressing customer needs is key. They are the champions of the customer within your organization. They conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and use this data to shape product features and enhancements. By keeping the customer at the center of decision-making, they help create products that truly resonate with the target audience. ➃ Driving Innovation Innovation doesn't happen by accident; it requires a dedicated focus and a clear roadmap. Product Managers are responsible for driving innovation within the product lifecycle. They identify market trends, anticipate future needs, and ensure that the product evolves in a way that keeps the company ahead of the competition. Their insights can lead to features that set your product apart. ➄ Data-Driven Decision Making Product Managers are adept at analyzing data to identify patterns, measure success, and inform strategic decisions. They use metrics to evaluate product performance and customer satisfaction, ensuring that the product not only meets but exceeds expectations. ➅ Enhancing Business Value Ultimately, the goal of any product is to add value to the business. Product Managers are instrumental in aligning product development with business objectives. They ensure that every feature, every update, and every decision contributes to the company's bottom line. Their focus on ROI ensures that resources are allocated efficiently and that the product delivers maximum value to the organization. 🔗 Let's talk https://lnkd.in/dw4DrmpH #ProductManagement #StrategicLeadership #BusinessStrategy #TeamCollaboration #PMRole

Claves del producto en el sector industrial de la mano de Salvador Serrano ⬇️

CEO of mendesaltaren. Digital Product & Brand Designer.

How can we create a brand that attracts top talent? This was the challenge we aimed to solve with ioBuilders. As the tech space gets more crowded they were trying to find ways to convey the energy, innovation, and forward-thinking culture that defines their company to be able to attract top talent in a highly competitive sector. Our goal was to develop a brand identity that would reflect the culture as well as resonate with both traditional markets and forward-thinking companies under the concept of Evolving Transformation. A brand that showcased ioBuilders’ expertise in DLT while emphasizing its commitment to transparency, collaboration, and innovation. 🔗 Read the full Case Study: https://lnkd.in/erPYHn2b #brandidentity #brandstrategy #tech
