Therefore it’s essential to foster a culture where mental well-being is openly discussed and supported.   That’s why we are raising awareness about mental health as part of a pilot project. From 2023, we are offering psychological support packages to our employees in Italy to give them the opportunity to speak confidentially with a psychologist and receive guidance for any concerns or challenges they may be facing.   On the occasion of International Mental Health Day once again we shout out the importance of building a supportive community where everyone feels heard and supported. 💙 #MentalHealthDay #Wellbeing #OberalpGroup

𝗗𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 – 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 🎉  𝗔 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗽 🏔️ Yesterday, September 19th, 2024, we proudly inaugurated the new headquarters of Dynafit, the home of the snow leopard, alongside Oberalp’s offices for Germany and Austria in Kiefersfelden, Germany. The day was filled with celebration and honor as we welcomed guests from all corners: customers, athletes, construction companies, craftsmen, and, of course, our dedicated employees. The architecture studio ESTUDIO BAROZZI VEIGA SLP from Barcelona masterfully captured the essence of the Dynafit brand in the building’s design: essential lines, lightness, and a sense of boundless potential. This impressive state-of-the-art building stands as a landmark at the northern gateway to the Alps, blending sustainability and innovation with nearly climate-neutral operations thanks to advanced heating and cooling systems and a photovoltaic installation. It’s more than just an office – it’s an experience. The new Dynafit Speed Factory features a glass factory, where one can experience the production of ski touring skis, an immersive brand experience with a shop, a large Care & Repair Center, and the Dynafit Bistro. 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 🧲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 We care deeply about making a positive impact on our communities. One of the ways in which Oberalp's North American team makes a difference is by supporting SOS Outreach's Career Development Program. Since the outset of the program, Oberalp North America has hosted a paid summer internship for a high school student from the SOS program to work in our office and gain experience in the outdoor industry and a professional setting. This summer we worked with Santiago, and he was amazing! 𝗣𝗙𝗔𝗦 – 𝗔 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 🔬 👩🔬 Ten years ago, we embarked on a journey to phase out PFAS, a large, complex group of synthetic chemicals usually used to make everyday products resistant to water, grease, and stains. These chemicals are still used to make specialized mountain sports products waterproof. PFAS are already banned in some American states, and it won’t be long before they are subject to REACH, the EU's chemicals regulation. A transition like this cannot happen from one year to the other but requires a lot of planning and collaboration. This is how we are managing it ⬇

🥇🥉 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱'𝘀 𝗢𝗹𝘆𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗴! 🧗♀️🏆 The eyes of sports fans around the world are on the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris where athletes from all over the world are competing in a total of 32 sports. Following the debut of climbing as an Olympic discipline in Tokyo in 2020, athletes also climb in three disciplines in Paris: Bouldering, Speed, and Lead. It is with great enthusiasm that we would like to cheer the outstanding results in the Speed final of two athletes from Team Poland supported by our climbing brand Wild Country! 🌟 Ola Miroslaw soared to victory, clinching the gold with a blistering 6.10 seconds, while Ola Kalucka showcased her prowess to secure the bronze in a commendable 6.53 seconds The qualifiers were a spectacle in themselves, as Ola Miroslaw broke her own World Record, advancing to the semi-finals with an outstanding time of 6:06 seconds! Let's give a standing ovation to these exceptional athletes and the support of Team Poland. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗻? 🍅 🧗♀️ Whether it's reaching the summit or harvesting the first tomato, it's all about the rewarding outcome that comes from consistent effort.   That's why we are proud to share the story of the Salewa Garden, a social project for refugees that started in 2017. Today, the Salewa Garden is the main supplier of the Bistro Salewa Bivac, where Chef Devid creates delicious dishes following the principle "The garden makes the menu". The fruits and vegetables are treated according to organic standards and fertilized with sheep wool and manure.   On the 3,000 sqm plot of land, there is also the employee garden of the Oberalp team. Since 2021, our employees have had the opportunity to plant and take care of their own beds. We provide the land and the gardening tools. This summer, 18 team members have taken up this offer and are already enjoying the first harvests.   We are happy to see how the Salewa Garden not only supports the integration of refugees but also promotes the well-being of our team and our community. #OberalpGroup #SalewaGarden #Contribute
