Ayer tuve la suerte de participar en el Programa de Doctorado en Gestión Estratégica y Negocios Internacionales (Universidad de Sevilla) e impartir el seminario “Investigación sobre #legitimidad organizativa: Oportunidades y líneas de investigación”. Durante un par de horas compartí la importancia de esta variable, su evolución, dimensiones, multinivel, estrategias y sobre todo… que aún queda mucho por investigar en este ámbito.

It was a pleasure to present the fruit of our research from this solid international collaboration between Emerson College and Blanquerna - Universitat Ramon Llull and the Organizational Legitimacy Observatory, Giorgia Miotto, Alicia Blanco González, and Miguel Franco Pérez. We just dropped a new paper in a top Journal “European Research on Management and Business Economics” (JCR Q1) teaming up with amazing Turkish, Latvian and Spanish professors (Sevinc Goktepe, Gurel Cetin, Arta Antonovica and Javier de Esteban Curiel), diving into how government legitimacy can better support the tourism industry during crises. 🌍✈️ 👉 Read the paper here: https://lnkd.in/d3uHsUma Tourism is super sensitive to external shocks, and we explored how different government strategies can make a real difference in recovery efforts. Through interviews with industry pros and a comprehensive survey, we uncovered what works and what doesn’t when it comes to crisis management.
