On July 15, 2020, I presented the Pons Method to FIFA, a methodology I had painstakingly crafted to revolutionize football training and performance. During the presentation, I encountered the then-young Director of Innovation. Barely in his thirties, the age when many are still playing, he occupied a pivotal role but lacked understanding of my work. My dedication, born of a profound love for football and a desire to maximize performance with minimal resources, led me to this methodology. It optimizes processes, maximizes productivity, and builds efficiency—all with the... https://lnkd.in/dXVS87Zq
