Our Innovation team is working on this large-scale initiative, supported by the European Union’s Euratom program, which aims, among other things, to enhance and support nuclear safety, the safe management of spent fuel and radioactive waste, and the decommissioning of nuclear facilities. 🔬 The project aims to repurpose radioactive palladium from nuclear waste as a catalyst, capable of converting biogenic CO2 into a valuable chemical compound: succinic anhydride, which is used in industries such as cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. 🚀 PRODEVAL is involved in managing the recovery and conditioning of the biogenic CO2 required for the project, a logistical challenge for our teams that drives us to innovate further! We are developing a specific, secure bottling system to meet this ambition. Prodeval is leader in treatment and Biogas upgrading from the Anaerobic Digestion of organic waste. The company has developed its technologies for Biomethane production, Bio-CO2 valorization, and BioCNG production and distribution.
