The panel, titled "Water & AI: The good, the bad, and the unknown," will explore various aspects of how artificial intelligence is impacting the water sector. Key topics likely to be covered include: 1) The benefits of AI in water management, such as improved efficiency, predictive maintenance and enhanced data analysis. 2) Challenges and risks associated with AI, including data privacy and bias concerns, the need for robust cybersecurity measures and the environmental impact. 3) Future possibilities and unknowns, such as emerging AI technologies and their potential to achieve augmented human intelligence, or whether we have already reached the "peak AI" and will struggle with scaling it up. The panel will take place at the Qatium booth in Hall 1 on Wednesday at 11:30 am. If you're in Amsterdam, it could be a great opportunity to learn more about the intersection of AI and water management from industry experts! I'm thrilled to be joining such an esteemed group of experts Victoria Edwards, Will Sarni and Paul Fleming) on the panel for AI and water management.
