Last week, Quadpack Foundation held an Open Day at our Barcelona offices, uniting businesses and NGOs from L'Hospitalet. The event included workshops with young people, promoting collaboration and empowering the next generation. In the morning, our Business-NGO Networking Breakfast created an inspiring platform for fostering new partnerships aimed at enhancing community impact. Local NGOs shared insights into their social projects with the attending companies, paving the way for future collaborations. The afternoon focused on empowering young individuals, including participants from two NGOs that joined the morning networking event. Workshops on emotional management, recruitment preparation and overcoming self-limiting beliefs provided valuable tools for personal growth. The event also featured listening spaces for young people to explore their feelings and discuss obstacles in their environments. These activities aimed to enhance personal and professional development, preparing young individuals to confidently navigate their futures. Celebrating 60 years of innovation and community impact at our Quadpack Kierspe factory!   This year marks a special anniversary for Quadpack Kierspe, as we celebrate 60 years of our flagship manufacturing plant in Germany and five years since Louvrette joined the Quadpack group. What started as a family business in the forests of West Germany, Louvrette has grown into a leader in injection moulding of recyclable plastics.   Last month, the Kierspe staff celebrated the plant’s double anniversary, together with their families and the local media. A big thank you to all our employees for their hard work and dedication!   With a purpose of taking care and giving back, Quadpack continues to invest in its people – through training, staff health & wellbeing and diversity programmes – as well as in its facilities.
