Last June, students specialized in electrode and TIG welding, tutored by EMI Manresa Foundation and PIMEC within the Singulars Program, had the opportunity to visit the company´s facilities. The synergy between knowledge and experience is a key factor for both companies and new generations as it allows to know about the world of work on the spot and at the same time, define the needs of the professionals of the future. This action, promoted by the Occupational Service of Catalonia (SOC) and financed by the State Public Employment Service (SEPE), encourages commitment to occupational training and job placement of young people.
