Hoy he tenido mi primera rueda prensa como representante de www.aemareh.com, junto con Emma Torres y Ana Vide (https://lnkd.in/dUxT7txA), sin duda todo un privilegio. Se ha presentado en Ebusus el Proyecto de Apoyo Emocional Online a Adolescentes de AEMAREH (Asociación Española de Malformaciones Anorrectales y Enfermedad de Hirschsprung - www.aermaeh.com) que se hace con la colaboración de Rotary eClub Ibiza International. AEMAREH es una Asociación sin ánimo de lucro que empezó en el 2011 y que ya cuenta con más de 200 socios en toda España. Su objetivo es asesorar y apoyar a pacientes y familiares que padecen una de estas enfermedades raras. La enfernedad de Hirschsprung es una enfermedad rara congénita y como ha explicado Emma Torres "Se trata de bebés que nacen con una falta de células nerviosas en el intestino grueso, lo que provoca la falta de motilidad intestinal, y por tanto no pueden expulsar las heces causando graves problemas de obstrucción intestinal e infecciones bacterianas que ponen en riesgo la vida del bebé. Por esta razón necesitan un estoma, que es una abertura lateral en el abdomen que se hace quirúrgicamente para luego poder poner una bolsa". Además ha remarcado las necesidades que padecen estos pacientes como las necesidades emocionales y psicológicas de duelo, miedo al rechazo, preocupación,tristeza, aislamiento social y por otra parte las necesidades económicas que suponen las numerosas terapias, intervenciones quirúrgicas, etc. También han agradecido a la Fundación ”la Caixa” los 6.000 € que han donado y los 1.000€ que se donaron por parte de un donante anónimo. Con estos fondos se inicia este año escolar el proyecto que se pone en marcha en este mes de octubre en toda España. Este proyecto, tiene vocación de continuidad en el tiempo, por lo que ya se han iniciado las actuaciones dirigidas a captar fondos para el curso escolar 25/26. El primero de ellos sera la venta de lotería en nueve puntos de venta solidarios de Ibiza y Formentera. La actriz ibicenca Ana Vide es la madrina del Proyecto y ha explicado la importancia de visibilizar este tipo de enfermedades raras que pocas personas conocen, de ayudar entre todos a qué este tipo de proyectos tengan una continuidad y de concienciar a la sociedad. Desde AEMAREH, Ignacio Revilla Alonso ha querido agradecer la colaboración de Rotary eClub Ibiza International, Emma Torres, Ana Vide, Club Ebusus, Fundación ”la Caixa” y por supuesto a los medios de comunicación que han asistido a la rueda de prensa (Diario de Ibiza y Periódico de Ibiza) colaborando así en la difusión y visibilizacion de esta asociación que forma parte de la Federación Española de Enfermedades Raras (FEDER). 🌟 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 for Adapted Sports Association of Ibiza and Formentera! On June 21, 𝗥𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗲𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗜𝗯𝗶𝘇𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 and the 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗔𝗣𝗕) hosted a fantastic 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮4𝗨 masterclass at es Martell in the port of Ibiza (part of the celebrated 𝗘𝘀 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁 360 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 initiative) Celebrating the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮, collectively we raised an incredible €3,568.17 for the 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗯𝗶𝘇𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮 (𝗔𝗗𝗗𝗜𝗙). This money will help cover instructor fees and transportation for their 64 members, from kids to adults. We’re also proud that this event was the 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 by the Accessibility Indicator System (AIS) from the Accessibility and Social Responsibility Foundation (FARS). The cheque presentation at Ebusus Cultural Society was a celebratory moment, with the 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗯𝗶𝘇𝗮 and local council members joining us to celebrate this inclusive and impactful initiative. 🙏 Ports de Balears 🙏 Thank you. Our first event with a positive social impact in our loved Islands.

On June 27th, members of Rotary eClub Ibiza International attended a heartwarming Hand-over Party hosted by RC Calvia International at the stunning Boutique Hotel Portals Hills in Mallorca. This festive event marked the transition of leadership within RC Calvia International, celebrating the accomplishments of the past year under President Nicola Ihden, who was honored with the Paul Harris Fellow award. The night was filled with joy, inspiring speeches, and valuable connections, highlighting the successful fundraising efforts, charity walks, and peace communication training in schools.
